During this stage of our maintenance efforts, our end-users with a Nagios-VictorOps integration may be experiencing temporary challenges with the "Ack Back" functionality associated to this integration. Nagios "Ack Backs" are delayed, alerts are still being consumed. Delivery Insights functionality will also experience temporary challenges. We anticipate that this performance challenge will be alleviated within the next few minutes.

This maintenance is specifically designed to improve the redundancy, reliability, and efficiency of the VictorOps platform.

We will be conducting this maintenance between 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM MDT (UTC -6)

During this maintenance period, end-users may experience brief delays in message delivery from the VictorOps platform. In addition, end-users may experience latency in relation to the performance of our web and mobile clients during this maintenance window.

PLEASE NOTE: No Alert Notifications will be dropped during this time period.
